Q1.  How will my order be delivered?

This is a good question.  I am planning on delivering orders that are within a 50-mile radius of Perry, Iowa.  The larger distance will be sent. Q2.  What do I need to know?

When you are ordering equipment, you will need to determine if you are purchasing for an 8 or 10 frame hive system. If you start with an 8-frame base, all of the equipment needs to be 8-frame. The depth of the hive is the same for 8 or 10 frame hives. The width is different for the two hive types.  8-frame is 13 3/4” wide and 10-frame is 16 1/4” wide. Q3.  Was my order placed successfully?

There should be an email sent back to you that the order has been processed successfully. You need to remember that it will be coming from an email address that your email system will not say is safe.  So check for your spam file and, if all else fails, contact me.

Q4.  How do I check the status of my order?

I am new with my new web page so be patient. If all else fails, just contact me directly.

Q5.  Can I cancel my order?

You will need to contact me via phone or email.

Q6.  Do you allow exchanges?

It will depend on what is being exchanged.  This will have to be added in person and not on the web page.

Q7.  What are the shipping charges?

For the packages I deliver, there will be no charge. For the rest, it will be assigned by the vendor we are using to send the package.
